I am writing to you in order that you  pass on a massive thank you to Jack and Andrew who have had to carry out extensive work to my property. Jack and Andrew have been absolutely brilliant. They are both extremely professional and proficient at what they do for your company and a credit to the team. They have been here everyday first thing , polite and so hard working. They are tidy, skilled and very knowledgeable. I wish all contractors were like them but it's possible the moulds may have been broken after these 2 came out. As an employee of Network rail, I have noticed that we are very quick to jump on people when they do something wrong but not praise when someone has done right. In this case I would like to praise the guys who have been doing the work on the dry rot at Bournemouth station. Everyone has worked well together and the job has ticked along quite smoothly.  I have been very impressed with the guys who have tackled the dry rot. Arron, Jimmy, Fred and all the other guys whose names I can’t remember have been excellent. The work has not been pleasant as it’s very physical and dusty but they have not moaned and just got on with their work. The quality of workmanship has been very good and I have had nothing to complain about.  As someone who has employed people before it was important to me to have confidence in my workforce you have no worries when these guys are on site It has been a pleasure to meet your guys and I look forward to working with them in the future. Thank you.

I have been overwhelmed by the professional and efficient work by the contractors on site. Although obviously this is a disruptive piece of work, they have done their best to minimise the impact that this has had on us and our home. The protective coverings that they have used and the timescales that they have kept to, as well as their ongoing communications regarding daily work and how best we can manage things like repainting, to maximise the benefits of the damp proofing, has been remarkable. Please could this positive comment be forwarded to any relevant parties and thank you both for your roles in this piece of work.

I would like to say a very big thank you to Jimmy, Arjan and all their team that have just finished damp proofing my flat. It was a huge job. The whole of my basement, which has 3 bedrooms and a very long hall. I just don't know how they did it. They are fast, clean and a lovely bunch of guys, a lot of the time I didn't even know they were here. Thanks.

Please pass on my thanks to Sam, who attended site on 4 jobs this morning. Very professional and detailed the issues clearly and why/what work is required. We agreed on the scope of work and what enabling works are required.

I am emailing to let you know that your operatives who carried out the damp proof works at my property did a fantastic job. The operatives attended work on time, they were polite, they tidied up each day, they worked hard, they communicated well, they showed respect to my property and overall they conducted themselves in a professional manner. I feel that it is important that you know how they represented your organisation whilst working at my property. Sometimes, these workers are overlooked but I believe in giving dues were dues are expected. Please pass my gratitude on to the operatives.

I just want to say how pleased I am with the works which have been carried out. The whole process, with the whole team, has been excellent, from start to finish. I have informed the insurance company, and recommended they use you for any future works.

The foreman has been nothing but polite, honest and professional, the workers and the labourers who have been in my home doing the work, especially Fred who has been here every day, have been my saving grace through the whole process. They are all polite, tidy, quick, trustworthy and their work is outstanding and I cannot thank them enough.

What a pleasure it was having Wayne carrying out the work at my property. He was clean and tidy and did an excellent job and if I ever need work done in the future I hope that it will be Wayne again to carry out the work. I am most grateful and extremely pleased.

RLH carried out works in my daughter’s property and completed them this morning. I just wanted to say it was a pleasure. They arrived on time, got on with their work, sealed their work area, and cleaned up after themselves. They were very polite & quiet, and did an excellent job. I thanked the team manager this morning, but thought you should know, credit where credit’s due: excellent service.

I just wanted to give some feedback regarding one of your Operatives, Fred. He was very punctual, efficient and did a really good job. He had a good work ethic and appeared to want to do a good job instead of bish bash this will do. He tidied up after the work was completed and asked me to come and inspect to ensure I was happy with his work.

Your guys have worked fantastically. Thank you very much for sending me efficient workers. Thank you so much for everything so far and for communicating with me directly.
